The Vinita Fire Department recently partnered with Redline Fire Equipment & Supply for a light-duty rescue truck build, and we could not be more satisfied. They completed the entire build on our Ford F-550 chassis in just under two months after we dropped it off to them. The owner, Doke, was incredible to work with throughout the entire project. He was always available, extremely quick to respond, and maintained fantastic communication from start to finish. If any minor issue came up during construction, he and his team were incredibly fast to fix it. The finished product is outstanding. The emergency light and siren package is amazing, and the custom paint, decals, and lettering look sharp. Doke even went above and beyond by tinting the truck windows for free. We have had this light-duty rescue in service for six months now, and it is absolutely perfect for our fleet. It responds to all of our medical and rescue calls, and we anticipate it will run approximately 1,500 calls this year alone. In the six months we've operated it, our crew has grown to love it. It is significantly easier and more convenient to respond to motor vehicle accidents and medical emergencies in a nimble, smaller truck rather than maneuvering a full-sized engine. Despite its compact footprint, this truck accommodates all of our medical and rescue tools exactly the same as our large engine did. What impresses us most is their service after the sale. They have been nothing short of amazing at remedying any minor adjustments since we took delivery. They truly go out of their way to make the customer happy, even traveling 3 hours to our station to take care of us. On their first trip up, they even built us a custom tool shelf and refused to accept payment for it. This was easily the smoothest and most efficient truck build I have ever been a part of.
